The bright, spacious rooms combine modern comforts with the cachet of old buildings, while the restaurant serves simple, tasty dishes. A rare and welcome feature is that the staff are discreetly present, giving guests total freedom to enjoy the establishment as if they were at home. Special mention for the cozy armchair and two small FLOS Bonjour Unplugged by Starck bedside lamps. We particularly liked the raw materials such as wood, natural tiles and the marble desk unit. We woke up to a pleasant cup of coffee. The room is equipped with a kettle and coffee machine. We found hygiene products from the Oliva cosmetics brand, a bathrobe and slippers. There was also a bidet, large towels, small wooden glasses and coasters with olives printed on them. We enjoyed the variety of local produce on offer, including goat&#8217;s and cow&#8217;s cheeses, cold meats (lomo, chorizo, Iberian ham), fresh orange juice and fresh tomato salad. The selection of sweet products, such as croissants, cereals, fruit and yoghurt, completed the picture.
