Both cities are located in the south of Andalucia, yet are very different.<\/p>\n\n

Malaga, capital of the Costa del Sol,<\/strong> is a vibrant and accessible city. The city boasts almost 40 museums and a remarkable cultural offering. International seaside tourism is highly developed here, making some neighborhoods less authentic.<\/p>\n\n

Cadiz, at the gateway to the Costa de la Luz<\/strong>, offers a quieter, more unspoilt atmosphere. Access is less direct (no on-site airport) and the range of activities is more limited. The city is ideal for relaxing and strolling around, in a more local atmosphere.<\/p>\n\n

Our advice: If you have a week, don’t choose between the two. Land in Malaga, spend 2 or 3 days there, rent a car and drive to Cadiz, passing through white villages like Ronda!<\/p>\n\n
