Don’t want to stay in a huge hotel where you can’t find your room?
Here’s our selection, with photos, of the best small boutique hotels in Sevilla and why we love them: boutique hotels with style, comfort and a warm welcome.

This opinion is completely independent, based on our experiences. We made our own choices, visited the area anonymously, and paid our bills in full.
Charming hotels in Sevilla
In addition to its major historical and cultural heritage, Sevilla also seduced us with its range of charming hotels, housed in ancient Andalusian palaces or beautiful mansions of yesteryear. These establishments, often on a human scale, are distinguished by their flower-filled courtyards, light-filled patios and intimate atmosphere. This is the type of hotel we prefer at Region Lovers! Here you’ll find the elegance of Andalusian design, sometimes reinvented in a more contemporary style. Some even offer terraces overlooking the Cathedral, or discreet pools to cool off in after a day’s sightseeing.
We haven’t been able to test them all yet, but here are our favorites so far. And we’ll be back to add to that list!
1. Hotel Gravina 51 (4 stars)

Why stay there?
Hotel Gravina 51 is ideally located in the heart of Sevilla. It occupies a restored 18th-century manor house, built in honor of Spanish Navy Admiral Federico Gravina. It features 2 green patios typical of Sevilla. We liked the decor, which subtly combines old-world charm with modernity. This is particularly evident in the bedrooms, which feature a soberly colored four-poster bed and tapestries with Baroque motifs, while the bathroom is contemporary. Although you’ll have to pay extra, we recommend that you take our particularly well-stocked breakfast!

2. Lobby Room Hotel (5 stars)

Why stay there?
Our stay in this establishment was unforgettable. First of all, we received an excellent welcome from the staff. Arriving earlier than our scheduled arrival time, we were able to enjoy breakfast. Our room was ready promptly and we were delighted to know that all minibar drinks were included in our room rate. We were delighted by the hotel’s elegant decor, which features many works by local artists. Finally, the rooftop was perfect, with its small pool, lounge bar and panoramic view of the cathedral!

3. Hotel Casa del Poeta (4 stars)

Why stay there?
We had trouble finding this hotel, hidden away in a very narrow alley in the old town. Who would have thought that this modest façade houses a spacious establishment with a magnificent Sevillian patio? And yet it is! If you like traditional Andalusian style, we recommend this accommodation for your stay! You won’t be disappointed, with the cathedral only 250m away! Despite its proximity to Sevilla’s major tourist attractions, the environment is calm. This adds to the magic of the place at nightfall, when the patio’s orange facades turn red with the lighting. Terrace, library, massage parlour – everything you need for a relaxing stay!

4. Hotel Casa Alhaja by Shiadu (3 stars)

Why stay there?
Casa Alhaja is ideally located just a stone’s throw from the cathedral. Its rooftop offers an exceptional view of the Giralda tower. You can even sit back and admire it from the comfort of the outdoor pool! The bedrooms are spacious and well-appointed, with a sitting area. The decor is uncluttered and rather modern, yet warm thanks to the use of noble materials (wood, ornamental stones on the walls…). We really liked the glass roof on the first floor, and the entrance hall with its blue azulejos. Breakfast is well provided. And if you’re allergic, this hotel is perfect for you, as it has allergy-friendly rooms.

5. Hotel H10 Corregidor (3 stars)

Why stay there?
In our opinion, this hotel offers excellent value for money. First of all, the welcome is warm. As soon as we arrived, the staff offered us a glass of sparkling wine while we waited to check in. Secondly, the common areas are well-decorated and pleasant. The reception area features a beautiful display case and charming antique decorative elements. The lounge and dining room are complemented by a pleasant terrace for a snack or a drink at the bar. Although small, there’s an outdoor swimming pool on the roof, surrounded by a solarium. The size of our room was modest, but it was functional and pleasant. Last but not least, we really enjoyed the surrounding area, especially the Alameda de Hércules, where you’ll find some great places to eat, which we’ve listed in a dedicated article.

6. Hotel Alfonso XIII (5 stars)

Why stay there?
This hotel is a must in Sevilla. It was built at the request of King Alfonso XIII, who reigned in Spain from 1886 to 1931. The aim was to build Europe’s most luxurious palace in the context of the 1929 Ibero-American Exhibition. The aim of the exhibition was to demonstrate the bonds of brotherhood between Spain, Portugal, Brazil, the United States and Latin America. We loved the establishment’s traditional neo-Mudejar style, featuring azulejos and marquetry ceilings. There’s a bar, two restaurants, a lush garden and a large outdoor swimming pool. Why not relax afterwards in the hotel’s fitness center, which includes a gym, sauna and massage room?
